California is my Kerela . . .

As some of you might know, I've been talking a big game of going to India to do Pancha Karma and explore Ayurveda in her heartland, Kerela, India. Well. . . I changed my tune and rather than heading to the other side of the world just before my wedding, I took an easy trip to Northern California for my spring pancha karma. Pancha Karma is an Ayurvedic purification and rejuvenation retreat that is done twice a year. It is a holistic retreat where the intent it so peel away layers, let go of holding patterns and reset your whole body back into a state of balance.

I was well taken care of at the Dhyana Center in Sebastopol, CA. I highly recommend this center for Pancha Karma. You'll experience Ayurveda in a rooted, heart centered, educational, and practical way.
